Dancing Allowed

I am adding the Amazon widget so you may look into my collection. This is by no means all of my music, just over the past few years collecting.

History

During the late 80's and early 90's, Dancing Allowed was all over Texas. Thanks in part to non profit organizations like NA, PADAP, AA and others, I stayed very busy. Traveling around from Galveston to the Woodlands, my brown van with all the dance stickers on the back was very visible. I was learning to DJ and everybody was dancing.

The Galveston convention in 1990 was one of the biggest shows while the the First Friday dances in the Woodlands were very popular with a very big draw. We even took over a couple of club nights providing Chemical Free nights with soft drinks and coffee. My last show was KISS on New Years night 1992. I took early retirement from my day job at Texaco and moved to Hawaii. There I learned to teach Scuba and drive boats. In 1998 I returned and started to DJ again. Last venue was Blue Door, the original.
